I’m a Magic player trying to carve out my own existence in the world. I think my first blog post will make my purpose more clear, so I suggest reading it here.
Decks I play in Standard: Whatever I own cards for.
Decks I play in Modern: KCI until they ban it. Then, almost everything else.
Decks I play in Legacy: ANT and a blue deck TBD
Decks I play in EDH: I don’t really play the format and prefer to play casual 1v1s if at all. My EDH decks are all ports of my favorite Constructed decks, though they are occasionally raided for cards. However, I think they give an accurate reflection of the kind of player I am, so I will list them. I am supposed to have Riku (Birthing Pod/Value dorks), Daretti (I enjoy grindy nonblue card advantage decks and Trading Post is one of my favorite cards), Freyalise (Elves), Alesha (Aristocrats), Jeleva (Tapout control with Arcane Melee/Mystic Retrieval/Runic Repetition grindy nonsense), and if I were to build another one it would probably be a Sultai/Abzan/BG Constellation/Whip port.
About This Blog
I am going to focus most of my content on competitive Constructed, though a lot of my knowledge comes from Modern. There will also be some stuff about trying to grow as a player, usually in the context of constructed Magic. I also have a half-serious half-satire mailbag column that I may take submissions for, and on rare occasion, a full satire post. As I said in my first blog, this is a good space for me to try and develop my writing, so a lot of my work is going to probably be rough around the edges. This blog is going to probably have a rough look to it for a while, as I will be doing a lot of experimentation with presentation. Sorry for our dust, etc.
I will occasionally use Magic images that are pertinent to my topic to help break up the monotony of my pages. As such, I should state that Unfulfilled MTG is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards.
